CANCELLATION & RESCHEDULING POLICY
Thank you so much for taking the time to review my cancellation and rescheduling policies prior to booking a session.
You’ve made a commitment to yourself to live a more empowered life. Your appointment time has been blocked off just for you. To support you in maintaining that commitment. I also make necessary adjustments to my schedule. While I understand that sometimes schedule adjustments are necessary, I respectfully request at least 24-hour notice for cancellations or rescheduling of appointments.
Please understand that when you forget to cancel or change your appointment without giving enough notice, I miss the opportunity to fill that appointment time, and clients that may be on my waitlist might miss an opportunity to receive much-needed coaching time or services. Out of respect to our valuable time, my 24-hour cancellation and rescheduling policies are as follows:
- Full credit toward future sessions will be offered in case of cancellation prior to 24 hours of the appointment.
- No refunds will be processed, and no credit will be offered for any appointment missed, not canceled, or not changed without 24-hour notice.
Please understand that it is your responsibility to remember your appointment dates and times in order to prevent any missed appointments.
Late arrival:
Any late arrival will shorten your appointment time and will not be made up by running over the allotted time of the originally scheduled appointment.
Exceptional circumstances:
It is mutually understood that if a cancellation is due to unforeseen circumstances beyond any of our control, such as an unfortunate incident or weather that requires you or me to have to cancel or be closed during regular business hours, we will reschedule your existing appointment and no discount or charges will be applicable.
